For seven weeks of this term, fifteen of the highest mathematitions in years five and six, were assigned a project to take a passion of theirs and explain how it was related to maths. I choose to do artistic gymnastics and I covered areas of maths such as angles, diamentions and measurements. Once the projects were compleated, we presented them in front of the three classes that were involved.
some of the other passions that were chosen were; maths in the violin, AFL, lego, NRL, vidio games and cubby houses. They were relly interesting and fun to see how much people had learnt!
